The Watford based IT Repair company has been on the market since 2011 and was mostly helping people fix their devices by word of mouth.
Since the very start the intention and philosophy of my approach was to save our planet from electronic waste by fixing used and broken but still usable equipment on one hand, and to save people’s money and make them happy where possible on the other hand.
I called this approach simply “Fixing your device.. with care!”, because I care not only about the device that you own and wish to continue using, but also about a bigger picture – a healthy planet as a whole. I believe that now, more than ever, everything and everyone is connected, and if I manage to make a small positive change even for one person, this will contribute for the goodness of us all. By this commitment, I stand as one of the best electronic repair shops near you.

I either fix your device, or there is no fee whatsoever.
I guarantee to use only the best quality parts and equipment to do our job to the highest industry standard. No exceptions.
I give a full one year warranty on all our new parts. If the part becomes faulty during normal use, and I detect there is a manufacturing fault, I will replace it with like-for-like part free of charge. Where possible I will provide a free return posting label in Amazon fashion.
I will offer a bespoke insurance on your device for a fair monthly contribution, and will fix it whatever the occasion with the highest queue priority.
